Policy
Good policy is practical. We design policies, manuals, frameworks, and guidelines that give institutions the right incentives and deliver the right goods and services efficiently and accountably. We work chapter by chapter and stakeholder by stakeholder, so the final framework reflects operational reality and earns the buy-in it needs to be used.

Operations
Even the best strategy is wasted without execution.
